To sign up for a buyer account on Petionship Singapore, please select Create Account at the top right of our website. You will need to provide your company name, first and last name and Email in order to successfully open your buyer account.
I am an individual customer. Can I make a purchase on Petionship?
Petionship is only available to pet shops, retailers, online stores and related executives in the pet care industry. Only when you have a valid buyer account will you be able to view our wholesale price and make your purchase. Individual buyers cannot be accommodated at the moment.

Petionship has a large number of online exposure resources, and we will provide you with free online social media exposure, and cross-promotion with local Instagram cats and dogs to virally promote your business and to attract traffic to your offline business, boosting your sales effectively.

Petionship Pet Supplies Wholesale Platform Singapore is currently only open to pet shops, retailers, online stores and related executives in the pet care industry in Singapore. Wholesale prices may vary from time to time due to factors beyond Petionship's control, such as changes in supplier costs and fluctuations in raw material prices, but changes will not affect existing and confirmed orders. Petionship will strive to maintain relatively stable prices and a smooth purchasing process for our pet shop clients.
What should I pay attention to when returning your goods?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sg.support@petionship.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
